Customs and import taxes

We don't accept cancellations
Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Any custom order cannot be cancelled after its production has started. All cancellations for any custom orders must be made within 24 hours of placing a custom order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
We understand sometimes the item may not fit your needs and we are always happy to assist with this.
In case of a return when the item has no physical damage but the customer changed his/her mind for any reason or is not satisfied with the item: This will be fully refunded (minus the shipping cost).
The item should be packed in its original condition and returned to us within 7 days. Upon receipt of the item at our store we will issue the refund. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs for the item and to make sure the item is packaged well.
In case the item is received damaged: Must inform us immediately, along with the photos of: (1) The damage to the item (2) The damage to the outer box. In these cases, full refund or replacement item will be issued to the buyer.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Care instructions
When caring for wood, a primary concern is water damage—no finish is ever completely waterproof. It is also important to protect wood pieces from sudden changes in temperature or humidity, which can cause cracking or warping. Keep wood away from heat sources and the bleaching and drying effects of direct sunlight. In the most humid climates, mold may pose a secondary threat. In this case, regulate indoor humidity and keep objects from direct contact with the floor. A feather duster brushed over the carved wood is gentle enough to cause no harm to the antique while removing dust over the entire surface.

Each piece should be considered as a truly unique work of art, lovingly crafted by hand. The natural quality of the wood in this piece is showcased by the care put into carving it. Each piece is finished individually, creating a truly unique work of art.

As all of our items are handmade there may be slight variations in sizes given. However, we will ensure this is as minimal as possible. See item listings for all dimensions and details of the type of materials being used to make the item.
